Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We only accept returns from the person who bought the item with proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returning faulty or damaged products
Please contact us first with information/images about the fault/damage, we will be able to provide a postage label for you, free of charge.
Faulty goods, or goods damaged in transit before receipt by the customer, can be returned within 14 days of the initial purchase.
Products returned for being faulty or damaged in transit are normally replaced/exchanged for identical products.
Returning unwanted products
Products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase. Please contact us to make us aware of this.
Any return postage costs will be paid by the customer for unwanted items.
Items must be returned in the same condition as purchased.
Sealed products and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.
Products not returned in this condition will be refunded at 50% of the sale value.
Please ensure returns are packaged safely, securely, and sent with a tracking number as proof of postage - please take note of this tracking number for future reference.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
